The fourth release candidate: bug fixes only (#234 file deletes wake the task manager, #235 Sieve auto-submitted mail, #236 Sieve key order and date :regex, #237 IMAP pipelining) and the forum retry pin (#238). No security fixes, so nothing goes to release/2026.

The v27.1-rc.4 tag is created through the releases API on this merge.
