The guided setup row gains Sending and receiving limits (marked Set up
once any incoming limit exists) and Connect a sign-in directory. Both
ask "Guided or manual?" like the others; manual opens the incoming
limits or Directories. Their launch choices move into reusable
components, as the sending and certificate guides already had.
