Cherry-picks #164 (fixes#160) onto the 2026 line, so :latest users get it before 27.1: the certificates guide no longer wipes a domain's own hostname list when it switches the domain, and checks and shows the names that list orders. Then Version 2026.10.26.5.
Tested on this branch: typecheck, lint, i18n check, full npm test, the IPv6 listener script, build and notice check.

The guide wrote an empty subjectAlternativeNames for every domain it
switched, so ticking a domain already on ACME wiped its custom list with
no warning. It now keeps the list, and checks and shows the names that
list orders: a name without a dot gets the domain added, one with a dot
is used as written, the same as the server.
