Phase 2, part 3, and the last part. Stacked on #122.
Rewritten: the TypeScript, ESLint and Vite configs, .gitignore and .env.development, with our own notes and no change to what they do. .gitignore now lets .gitea/ through, so a new workflow file no longer needs git add -f.
Removed:
upstream's CHANGELOG.md (our releases carry their own notes)
the zip build.sh
the Vite template's unused public/icons.svg
.gitlab-ci.yml, left from before Gitea
.github-upstream/, upstream's old workflow, kept as a merge reference we no longer need
About 190 lines still match upstream in the config files, package.json, index.html and the README: option names, dependency lists and the HTML skeleton. These are plain settings that can't meaningfully be anyone's, so they stay.

The plan's target for phase 2 was 78.8%.
Visual check: see #121. That check covered the whole phase 2 stack and found no change in the UI.
Typecheck, lint, i18n:check, tests, build and notice check pass locally. No new strings.

- **Rewritten:** the TypeScript, ESLint and Vite configs, `.gitignore` and `.env.development`, with our own notes and no change to what they do. `.gitignore` now lets `.gitea/` through, so a new workflow file no longer needs `git add -f`.
- **Removed:**
- upstream's `CHANGELOG.md` (our releases carry their own notes)
- the zip `build.sh`
- the Vite template's unused `public/icons.svg`
- `.gitlab-ci.yml`, left from before Gitea

Sizes and durations, the list filter, development logging, the logo cache,
last visited pages, the Sieve playground link, JMAP error messages, the
JMAP list helper, cn, the base path, the document title and the buffered
value hooks are rewritten from what they do, with new tests written first:
debug, the logo cache, last visited, JMAP errors and the JMAP list helper
had none. Behavior, exports and strings are unchanged; the playground link
keeps its format and last visited keeps its storage key.
main.tsx, App, the i18n setup, index.css's theme mapping and base styles,
the not-found and loading pages, ProtectedRoute, the lazy admin panel, the
form edition context, the Sievepad button, the logo and the env types are
rewritten in our own words. Routes, strings, storage keys and the look are
unchanged.
EnterpriseUpsell goes: inbuxa has one edition with everything in it, so it
never opened. The menu, sidebar, top bar and list no longer hold state for
it; a locked item (which never occurs) simply does nothing.
The TypeScript, ESLint and Vite configs, .gitignore and .env.development are
rewritten with our own notes, with no change to what they do. .gitignore now
lets .gitea/ through, so a new workflow file is tracked without git add -f.
Gone: upstream's CHANGELOG.md (our releases carry their own notes), the zip
build.sh, the Vite template's unused public/icons.svg, the GitLab CI file
left from before Gitea, and .github-upstream/, upstream's old workflow kept
as a merge reference.
