Say where it lives

Built from this repository's main rather than from a checkout on the server,
which is what makes the AGPL section 13 offer true rather than
approximately true: a player is offered the source of the version they are
actually running.

What is left is the press being a conversation the player can start rather
than only answer.

## Where it lives
<https://games.jcoffey.dev/powers/>, built straight from this repository's
`main` rather than from a checkout on the server. That is not tidiness: this
is AGPL, and section 13 asks that players be offered the source of the
version they are running. Building from the published ref is what makes the
offer true rather than approximately true.
## Still to build
- a home on the games hub: a repository, a container, a card and a location
block beside the other three
- a social preview card, which lives with the site rather than here
- the bots do not talk to the *player* about anything but support: no
proposal of a quiet border, no offer of peace, and no way to say "leave
Galicia alone this year" in the interface
- the bots do not talk to the *player* about anything but support. They
propose quiet borders and offer peace to each other all game; the only
thing you can say to them is "support this move". That is a real gap in a
game whose whole subject is what people agree to.
