Turkish shipped (ihasmail #32/#37), so ten languages ship alongside English, not nine. CONTRIBUTING.md, the PR template and the emlName.ts comment said nine; ROADMAP.md and the i18n-literals.mjs comment describe what shipped on 2026-08-31 and stay as they are.
