A short paragraph under License and credits: LICENSES/LicenseRef-SEL.txt is kept only because inherited headers name it as upstream’s other option (REUSE needs every named license in LICENSES/). It is not a license for this project and grants nothing; the distribution is AGPL-3.0-only. README only.
