tools/fork/tests/__pycache__/test_privacy_check.cpython-314.pyc was committed by accident, and that directory wasn't ignored, so every local run of the fork tool tests left the tree dirty.

Removed the file from git (kept on disk).
One __pycache__/ rule replaces the two per-directory ones.

Checked: fork tool tests and all fork checks pass, and the tree stays clean after a test run.
