Carries #170 (message archives read in batches), #171 (funding-manifest-urls) and #172 (receivedAt sorts and date filters on the message cache; (account, column) indexes on the PostgreSQL search tables).

The first node to restart creates the new search indexes at startup; on production that is a few seconds.
