Adds Domains › Deliverability (CustomComponent/Deliverability) after DKIM Signatures in the schema layouts, for the console page that reads #150 reports (deliverability spec, DL-17). Schema re-minified and gzipped with the usual recipe; hash updated. Checked: name, privacy and expr-schema checks; cargo check -p inbuxa --locked.
