Group and shared mailboxes (#144 to #149):

  • Shared mailboxes: a second kind of account lock (#148).
  • Who may share mail: server and tenant switches (#149).
  • A group's members can't share what it owns on (#146, #147).
  • Mail sent as another address is audited with the real sender (#144).
  • An empty JMAP id is refused (#145).
