The help for a group's name said "Mail to it reaches every member",
which reads like a mailing list. Mail to a group is delivered into the
group's own mailbox, which each member can open; it isn't copied to
each of them (confirmed on a scratch server, 2026-10-05). A mailing
list is what sends a copy to everyone.

English help text only; it has no translations. typecheck, eslint and
vitest (568 tests) pass.
