Spec item from Applies to every form: a one-sentence intro at the top of every page, worded by us.
src/help/settingsPages.ts has one plain sentence for each of the 102 Settings pages, forms and lists. Each says what the page is for, not what its fields are. Specialist pages end with For specialists. Encryption at rest warns that it is hard to undo.
PAGE_HELP in src/help/texts.ts now joins the Settings intros with the existing Management ones. The new pageAbout(viewName, fallback) returns ours, or the schema's own subtitle when a page has none.
DynamicForm and DynamicList headings use pageAbout, so the sentence sits under the page title.
Checked:
A test fails if a Settings page has no intro, if an intro is over 130 characters, or if the fallback stops working. 499 tests pass in total.
Typecheck, lint and build are clean.
In Chrome against a local server: the Sender Authentication and RCPT TO forms, and the Routes list under its relay-guide banner.
