Streams Explain answers from the server's new POST /api/explain (ai-explain spec, EX-23), showing text as it's written ("Still writing…"), and falls back to inbuxa:Explanation/set on servers without it. The byline says where the answer came from (EX-27): the model now, an answer given earlier on that node, or prepared for the release.

3 new English strings, inline like the other Explain strings; the console has no other catalogues. vitest (21), tsc and eslint clean. Pairs with inbuxa-server feature/explain-faster.
