docker/listen-ipv6.test.sh is only in the Gitea build job, and that job is skipped while builds run on GitHub. So CI on main hasn't been running it since #139, even though that PR's commit says it does.

This adds the same line to the GitHub build job. release/2026 already got it in #156.

No change to the image, so no release is needed.
