nginx's own IPv6 step skips a default.conf it didn't ship, so the console only answered on IPv4. A start script now adds the [::]:8080 listener when the host has IPv6. Tested on an IPv6 Docker network and on a plain IPv4 one.

Fixes #135
nginx's own IPv6 step only edits the default.conf it shipped, so with ours in its place the console answered on IPv4 alone. A start script now adds the [::]:8080 listener when the host has IPv6, and leaves it out when it has none, which nginx would refuse.
