The publish job built SOURCE_BASE_URL from GITHUB_SERVER_URL, which on the runner is Gitea's internal address. The v4.7.3-coffeylabs.1 image therefore sends "View source code" to an address visitors can't reach. This sets it from the public forge address instead.

Workflow-only change; the next release tag (v4.7.3-coffeylabs.2) picks it up.
