GitHub-hosted runners keep getting 429 Too Many Requests from Docker Hub when docker-build pulls official images, which fails CI on every PR here and would fail the release build.

The Dockerfile now pulls the same official images through Google's Docker Hub mirror (mirror.gcr.io/library/...). Index digests checked against Docker Hub on 2026-10-09: node:26-alpine 143494b1, golang:1.27-alpine 738d1cf0, alpine:3.22 5291449c, identical on both.

Local: docker build . passes.

Landed through #19: its Go fix and this change each needed the other to pass CI (govulncheck here, Docker Hub pulls there), so this branch was merged into #19, which is now in main. Closing as done.
