Hakan Arslan, who contributed the Turkish catalog, is a native speaker
and checked it himself. Turkish leaves the Beta mark, the way Dutch did
after its native review. README, FEATURES, ROADMAP and KNOWN-ISSUES now
say eight Beta translations rather than nine, and the language test
counts Turkish among the reviewed ones. No new strings.
