New mark (v3, "scope kitten"): the family kitten peeking over a half scope with a spiking time series. It replaces the four-stone cairn.

• Same file names in web/src/lib/assets/, so nothing that imports them changes
• Favicons (svg plus 16/32/48/180/512) use the small cut, which drops paws and whiskers so it still reads at 16 px
• hero-grid.svg and docs/assets/social-preview.png regenerated
• Assets README rewritten for v3 (the v2 derivation notes are gone)

Assets only; no code changes.

Replace the cairn mark with the scope kitten ... e03be0c98f

The four-stone cairn kept being read as something it isn't. v3 is the Coffey Labs family kitten peeking over a half scope with a spiking time series, generated by the logo bundle and copied in under the existing names, so no import changes. Favicons use a small cut; the social preview and the banner scene are regenerated; the assets README describes v3.
