From c87a6d1cd692313de64a8877079c24b8904526d4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: John Coffey Date: Sun, 4 Oct 2026 20:53:46 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] ci: let the announce workflow run by hand for a given tag A release event runs the workflow as it was at the tag, so re-running a failed announcement repeats the failure even after main is fixed.
