Moves the discourse-release pin from e929399 to 9282c6f (coffey-labs/actions#4). The only difference is release-map.json, which now maps inbuxa/inbuxa-webmail; under the old pin the announce jobs for inbuxa-v2026.10.5-g17a8093 failed on the unmapped name.
