All nine translations are offered without "(Beta)" in the language picker, and the Beta note under it no longer shows.

The optional beta field and the note stay in the code, so public ihasmail's changes to them still apply; the fork simply sets it on no language. Only Dutch has been read by a native speaker.

1431 tests pass.
