A property list that named the same property many times was rendered
once per mention for every object returned. A signed-in user could list
bodyValues a few thousand times with fetchAllBodyValues and make
Email/get or Email/parse build that many copies of every body in memory.
Every /get method, Email/get's bodyProperties and Email/parse's
properties and bodyProperties now keep each property once, in the order
first given.
Test: Email/get and Email/parse with bodyValues, textBody and partId
listed several times; on main the response held each of them three
times over, now once.
