coffey-labs/actions #10: discourse-release waits the time a 429 names and tries again. A release from this branch and one from main published together can hit the forum's rate limit, as v2026.10.29 did on 2026-10-29. The action's other changes since this branch's pin only add announcement categories and word pre-releases as release candidates.
