Carries, since 2026.9.28.4:

  • #91: each expression field in the schema says which values and variables it accepts. The admin's simple expression editor uses this.
  • #95: POST /api/directory/test, to try a saved directory before anything signs in through it. The admin's sign-in directory guide uses this.
  • #93: an ACME renewal that isn't due yet is rescheduled, not failed for good.
  • #96: the DNS test expects the account-configuration digest inbuxa publishes (test only).

Changes in this PR:

  • brand_version! is set to 2026.9.28.5.
  • resources/explain/settings.json.gz is relabeled for this release, with 11 answers regenerated by the pinned local model. They are all date fields (createdAt, notValidBefore/notValidAfter), whose prepared question includes the build date. That is why they come back every release, and why they are never actually used. A follow-up will skip them.
