Sets the version to 27.1.0-rc.6 (tools/release/version.py --set 27.1.0-rc.6; Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock), for a v27.1-rc.6 tag carrying #279 (Fixes #265). v27.1-rc.5 is released and announced, so it stays where it is.
