Carries:

  • #174 skip the account-led search index on the tracing table (removes the startup WARN seen on 2026.10.9)
  • #175 per-node message blob cache (INBUXA_BLOB_CACHE, 64M default)
  • #176 drop local caches and reload settings when the NATS coordinator comes back
  • #177 DNS blocklists queried together
  • #178 object store retries on transport errors and 429, waits from 100 ms
