The TypeScript, ESLint and Vite configs, .gitignore and .env.development are rewritten with our own notes, with no change to what they do. .gitignore now lets .gitea/ through, so a new workflow file is tracked without git add -f. Gone: upstream's CHANGELOG.md (our releases carry their own notes), the zip build.sh, the Vite template's unused public/icons.svg, the GitLab CI file left from before Gitea, and .github-upstream/, upstream's old workflow kept as a merge reference.
