Subject: [PATCH] Source link: fill in the version

The footer read "Source code of this version ({{id}})": SourceLink passes
the version as {{version}}, but the English string named it {{id}}, so
i18next left the placeholder as it was. Seen on the sign-in card in
inbuxa-server#135.
