Subject: [PATCH] Page title: inbuxa Admin, lowercase, matching what the app
 sets

index.html's <title> read "INBUXA Admin" and showed in the tab until
the app loaded and useDocumentTitle replaced it with APP_NAME, which
is "inbuxa Admin". The name is always lowercase.
