The console side of inbuxa/inbuxa-server#304 (server PR inbuxa/inbuxa-server#306). Merge with or after that one: an older server still refuses an empty list, and the wizard then shows the server's error.

A domain that only needs its DNS host for DNS-01 certificate orders publishes nothing. In the Connect DNS wizard:

  • Records: you can go on with every type off, and a note says what that means.
  • Review: the records line says none are written, the side note says nothing is written, the button reads Connect, and the empty "Show the exact records" toggle is hidden.
  • Go live: says the domain is connected and that no records are written, instead of "0 of 0 records are live". The public DNS check, its button and note, and the empty table are hidden.

With any record selected, every step is as before.

Checked: typecheck, lint, i18n:check, tests (1004), build, notice check. Walked through in a local preview against a server built from #306: the domain saved with publishRecords: {} and no DNS task was queued. Then with MX on, unchanged.

Six new English strings in en.json.

A domain that only needs its DNS host for DNS-01 certificate orders
publishes nothing, which the server accepts since inbuxa-server #304.
The records step no longer insists on at least one type and says what
none means. With nothing to write, the review offers "Connect" and
says no records are written, and the last step says the domain is
connected instead of counting 0 of 0 records and checking public DNS.
