Directories list: show each directory's Description next to its Type

The Directories page lists each directory by its Type, so with more than one LDAP directory (say) you can't tell which entry is which without opening it. Show the Description beside the Type in the list.

Thanks to lindsay for asking for this on the forum (https://community.coffeylabs.org/t/117). Fixed in #110: the Directories list now shows each directory's Description next to its Type. It's a console-only change, and it'll be in the next release.
