Lowercase the tab title's fallback name
The title the tab falls back to before the session names the app was the one
user-visible string the brand pass missed; setBaseTitle overwrites it as soon
as the session arrives, so it shows only for that first moment.

* The unread count on the installed app's icon.

* The title and the favicon below are the same idea for a tab, and an
* installed app has neither: in `display: standalone` there is no tab strip

* unread count vanished at exactly the moment somebody put ihasmail on a home

* Silently nothing where it is unsupported, and silently nothing on iOS until
