Adds a Support section to the README so the terms of maintenance mode are written down in one place, not only in SECURITY.md.
Supported: Stalwart 1.0.x (with ihasmail v2026.10.27 or newer) and 0.16.27. Both are tested on every pull request by the stalwart CI job (#63).
0.16.0 – 0.16.26: sign in, but aren't tested. Upgrade to 0.16.27.
0.15: the stalwart-0.15-support release, no further fixes.
New Stalwart releases: tested and fixed when the fix is small. If one would need more than a bug fix, support stops at the last version that works, and the table says so.
Also:
The Stalwart badge and the Requirements line said "tested against 0.16.22". They now match what CI tests.
SECURITY.md links to the new section.
Docs only, with no code or interface strings. The matching docs.ihasmail.org change is a separate PR in ihasmail.org.

Maintenance mode was only stated in SECURITY.md. The README now says what
ihasmail supports: Stalwart 1.0.x (with v2026.10.27 or newer) and 0.16.27,
both tested on every pull request; earlier 0.16 releases sign in but are not
tested; 0.15 stays on the stalwart-0.15-support release. It also says what
happens when a Stalwart release needs more than a bug fix: support stops at
the last version that works.
