ROADMAP.md promised that "anything with an issue number is tracked in the issue tracker". The only entry with an issue number was two-factor sign-in, ending in a bare Reported as #75 — and #75 was closed as completed on 2026-08-26. The single entry the promise covered was the one it got wrong.

The work did not go with the issue. #75 reported a sign-in refused with nothing but "Invalid credentials"; that bug was fixed by saying what is actually happening and pointing at app passwords. The OAuth work the report uncovered stayed on the roadmap — the case the preamble had no room for.

Two changes:

The preamble now says an issue number records where an entry came from, not where it is tracked, and points at the tracker for what is genuinely open.
The 2FA entry says #75 is closed, what closing it fixed, and that there is no ticket to watch for the rest.

Docs only — no code, no behaviour change.
